Desmond Elliot Clarifies That He Is Straight 

Nollywood actor turned politician, Desmond Elliot, has clarified the rumour of him being a gay.

Recall that controversial blog, Gistlover released a long list of male celebrities alleged to be in gay relationship.

He has refused to address the allegations since it became public.

In a recent development, he addressed the allegations in an interview with TVC. He stated that the allegations were not substantial, and he was occupied with a lot of important activities, hence his reason for not clarifying himself earlier.

He finally stated that contrary to the allegations, he is straight.

He said:
“Why would I respond to allegations made against me when it did not reduce or increase my life? Secondly, it is an opinion that is being conceived. And I don’t think it is necessary for me to come out and say it’s true or not true; as long as I’m affecting people positively, I’m good. So let me state it very clearly that I am straight.”
