Late Legend George Foreman

George Foreman, the legendary American boxer, has died at the age of 76. Foreman, known as "Big George," had a remarkable career, winning Olympic gold in 1968 and claiming the world heavyweight title twice, 21 years apart. His second title win made him the oldest champion in history at 45.

Foreman's career was marked by notable fights, including the famous "Rumble in the Jungle" against Muhammad Ali in 1974. Although he lost to Ali, Foreman's legacy endured, with a total of 76 wins, including 68 knockouts.

After retiring from boxing in 1997, Foreman went on to become a successful entrepreneur, lending his name to the popular George Foreman Grill. He also became an ordained minister and founded the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ in Texas.

Tributes have poured in from the boxing world, with former world heavyweight champion Mike Tyson praising Foreman's "contribution to boxing and beyond." The Ring magazine described him as "one of the greatest heavyweights of all time."

Foreman is survived by his wife and 12 children, including five sons named George. His family remembered him as a "devout preacher, a devoted husband, a loving father, and a proud grand and great grandfather."
