We Will Use Internet Safety Education And Counseling To Revolutionise The Online Space - Rotimi Onadipe Assures

The founder of Internet Safety Magazine, Rotimi Onadipe, has reiterated his organisation's commitment to revolutionising the online space to reduce immoral, unethical and criminal activities on the internet.

Onadipe is an advocate of online safety that is dedicated to providing lasting solution to online risks. He also counsels and rehabililtates cyber criminals, victims of cyber crimes and people that are obsessed with the internet.

Onadipe who spoke on Saturday in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital during an online safety awareness seminar held at internet safety magazine office, noted that immoral, unethical and criminal activities are on the rise in the cyber space, with dangerous and destructive impacts on young children, adults and the society at large.

"Cyber crimes, online scams, cyberbullying, cyberstalking, online misinformation, social media addiction, pornography and cybersex addiction, online sexual exploitation and abuse, among others are now the order of the day in the cyber space," Onadipe said.

Addressing internet users globally, the cyber safety advocate said his organisation had published a lot of educative articles on cyber safety that are reader-friendly. He encouraged members of the public to educate themselves by reading the articles and contacting his organisation for counseling.

Recall that Onadipe recently released phone numbers to members of the public and encouraged them to call the numbers for counseling on issues related to online safety.

In his final remarks, Onadipe appealed to internet users globally to always search for his educative articles online and assured that reading the articles would revolutionise the online space and reduce immoral, unethical and criminal activities associated with the use of internet.
